Join the Frassati Fellowship for our second fall hike of 2018, at Mount Tammany in the Delaware Water Gap! This is a moderate to difficult hike featuring panoramic mountain views of the Delaware River. We will begin by ascending Mount Tammany and enjoying the spectacular fall views of the changing leaves, and then will extend our hike into parts of the Appalachian Trail on the trip back down.
