The Franciscan Sisters of the Renewal have been serving many families throughout this difficult time and they need our help to be able to continue to serve them. Those who are served by the Franciscan Sisters of the Renewal are in special need of groceries, and the Frassati Fellowship is assisting the Sisters by coordinating volunteers to help with grocery shopping. We are looking for volunteer drivers who can drive to Restaurant Depot in the Bronx, help with grocery shopping, and deliver the items to the CFR Sisters in Harlem. If you would like to volunteer, you need a car and to be able to lift heavy objects (such as 20 pound bags of rice).

The next grocery trip will be on Saturday, November 14. We will meet at Restaurant Depot in the Bronx at 9am, shop, and deliver the groceries at Our Lady Queen of Angels Convent in Harlem by 12pm. Volunteers also have the option to end the afternoon with Adoration at OLQA Church at 12:30am.
