Special Volunteer Days

PAST EVENT: SerVICE DAY WITH THE SISTERS OF LIFE: SATurday, JANUARY 12

Come volunteer with the Sisters of Life in a variety of projects. RSVP to service@frassati.nyc with your name and phone number by Thursday, January 10 at NOON. It is imperative that if you choose to serve on this day that you keep your commitment. The Sisters rely on our help and organize the day's tasks accordingly. Projects could range from general cleaning, organizing donations, moving furniture, baking, cooking or taking down Christmas decorations. Corporeal nourishment (snacks/lunch) and spiritual nuggets are provided. We look forward to serving the Sisters with you!

PAST EVENT: VOLUNTEER SERVICE DAY AT VILLA MARIA GUADALUPE: SATURDAY, JULY 7

Come join us for a volunteer day with the Sisters of Life and the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal at Villa Maria Guadalupe in Stamford, CT. Bring clothes you don’t mind getting dirty as well as clothes for Holy Hour and Mass. We’ll be installing sound proofing panels for the refectory, and doing some general cleaning. There will be fun, fellowship and a BBQ dinner. Everyone’s gifts and talents will be used for the glory of God’s Kingdom. Limited spots are available. Once you receive confirmation, further instructions will be sent.

past event: SERVICE DAY WITH THE SISTERS OF LIFE: SATURDAY, MAY 5

Join Frassati Fellowship as we help the Sisters of Life prepare the way of grace for the countless Sisters and people they will be blessed to serve in their new major apostolic center in NYC at St. Andrew's Catholic Church! It will contain several of their apostolic works: Visitation Mission, Respect Life Office for the diocese, Co-Workers of Life, and some of the Hope and Healing Mission. We will begin with clearing out to make way for contractors. Bring comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and good shoes as there are a lot of stairs. Lunch will be provided.
