Triathlon Training: Central Park Brick Workout (Bike Ride, and Run)

Central Park Brick Workout (Bike Ride and Run): Sunday, July 16, at 9:00 am
60th Street and 5th Avenue entrance, near the Belgium Waffle cart.

Bring your bikes and running sneakers as we will bike the entire loop of Central park which is six miles followed by a one mile run. The team will meet at the 60th Street and 5th Avenue entrance at 9:00 am. There will be two pace groups, a beginner pace and a faster pace group. Please be careful riding in the city on the way to the park and back. We will lock our bikes, and someone will watch over our bags as well while we go for a run. Please bring any extra bike locks and chains if you have them. Afterwards, we will eat in the park so bring some snacks as well.
